Medicines in school

Please note that if you wish your child to be given medicine at school you will need to complete an application form. This must be handed into the office with your child’s medicine. A printable version of the form is available below or copies are available from the school office.
This is an application for absence from school form. Please note that requests for holidays during term time will not be authorised unless there are exceptional circumstances. For full details please see our Whole School Attendance Policy under the Policies tab.
